Someone has hacked in an old account of mine and I dont know how to recover it. The resolution center is no help as there are no transactions and recovery only give you the option of using a phone number which is not mine... as the account was hacked. I'm worried I might have sensitive info in there an PayPal is apparently shut down. Strange how no one in customer service can work from home.
