So id really appreciate if anyone could help me. Basically i ordered flowers for my grandmother for mothers day, paid 75 dollars for the flowers, shipping, and extra costs so it would be delivered ON mothers day. She recieved it on the 7th of may, and not only that but it wasnt even what i bought. she recieved a $14 succulent vs the $55 roses and mums i ordered her. I contacted the company, saying i needed the right flowers or a refund, but they said they are allowed in their policy to subsitute items, but when i viewed this policy it stated "items subsituted must be equal or greater value at no extra cost to the customer" which clearly wasnt true. I initially filed a claim on paypal for a partial refund because i wanted the flowers to still be delivered, but me being dumb and not researching, i cancelled the dispute because i thought i would be able to file another claim for a full dispute. Im unsure of what to do now because ive been calling and messaging paypal and no one is getting back to me. TIA!!
