I made a purchase of 77.98 GBP to a trusted merchant, 77.98 GBP is the equivalent of 88.94 Euros, on my bank statement i have been charged 94 euros. That is an extra 6 euros that has been applied to a transaction which should not include fees and even if it was charged at PayPals 3% that would still only be 2.66 euros in fees. Whats going on here ? i have made sure all was correct on the merchants side and again the flat total was 77.89GBP no hidden charges of any kind. this isnt the first time this has happened.
