@Rachelduckett72 Depends if the payment is pending or sent/completed in your paypal account? You normally can't cancel a payment unless you request a seller to issue a refund and cancel your order. The cancel option is normally there if you have tried to send it to an email address that does not exist (ie spelling error or typo) and so would never complete.
