I bought some credits for the Ebay auction site using Paypal ( note that eBay owns Paypal). I was debited 2 transactions for the single transaction. By the way if I had wanted twice the number of credits it is cheaper to but more..the more you buy the cheaper they are, so its nonsense to say I had wanted 2 x. I applied twice to the resolution centre to cancel the false second invoice (and take back the credits) Twice the centre has refused to override this transaction. I have threatened legal action but as the system seems to be completely automated there is no reponse. Has anyone had similar high handed treatment? Am I being cheated because the seller was eBay? How can I get some human beings to resolve this without legal intervention, which will be my next step. I am not letting this one go. The money involved was £59. Bill Prescott
