So I'm currently 17 turning 18 in exactly a month and I have money that was donated to me from streaming on twitch. The money currently lies in my paypal account but I have limitations on the account and need to verify identity etc. I was wondering when I turned 18 whether I could remove the limitations using my real d.o.b and IDs or if there was any way to refund the money if I couldnt and it were to be wasted.
