Hi all, 1st post here and after some help if possible. I sold 2 items together as a package deal for cheaper than if I had sold them seperately. Buyer then messaged me 6 weeks after purchase stating they no longer needed both and wanted to send one back for 50% of their money back. Although I stated I did not accept returns, I tried explaining that I could offer them a refund for the 2nd item but would only refund 30% because that would mean they were paying the correct price for the one they kept. They were not happy with this and have now put a dispute in that the item is not as described through paypal. In my head I feel they purchased the 2 to sell for more money seperately and then couldn't sell the 2nd one so want the money back, I have no proof of this. If I decide to agree to accept the return and then prove the buyer was lying am I covered to get my money back or do I end up with a product I don't want to have to sell again. Thanks in advance for the help
