I've been promised a refund by a seller on a faulty item that carried a 12 month warranty, purchased september 2019. I returned the item and provided tracking information. After several emails the seller responded the refund had been applied and quoted a pay pal transaction reference. This reference number is not on my account, I've not receiveda refund. I've advised the seller but they are no longer responding. Any suggestions as to what i can do to get my refund?
