Exactly the same way for me. IRS deposited on April 30th, 2020 and no funds available as of today May 07, 2020. I did a google search of paypal and stimulus direct deposits being messed up. There's people that have had to go to the news stations to get money from paypal. I say if we all go public paypal will have to respond and give all of us our money too!
