I have a paypal with negative -27 euros (got scammed by someone, whom I sold ingame gold to) and that guy will for sure open a 3rd dispute (450euro), what happens if I make the 27euro positive, and close the account before he opens that dispute (and OF COURSE paypal sides with him)? thanks
