Speak to a supervisor, they can give you documentation that the pkg was not delivered to you address. The use thechat/messenger to appeal your denied dispute, with documentation a supervisor will get you a refund. Call ups back. Ask for a supervisor until you get someone who listens. They CAN send you something that states the package was NOT sent to you address without violating privacy. The when you chat with PayPal, make sure they transfer you to a supervisor. Go up the ladder till the listen police report is worthless. Be patient and persistent. ... View more

Foreveryvictim here. PayPal denied our dispute because usfitwear had put a tracking number in. To contact PayPal, I had to use the chat feature and explained several times. Replies from cust service took a little time (about 10-18hrs) eventually, the rep transferred mychat messages to a supervisor, who told me to get documentation from UPS that the item was notdelievered to our address so that she could appeal thedenied dispute. When I called ups, the initial agent said she couldn't help. I asked for a supervisor. He was very helpful and email a document showing that the package was delivered to a person and adress that wasnotme. I uploaded to the PayPal chat. Viola! Refund granted The key was to be very patient due to the lack of being able to call and to speak with a supervisor. Both ups and the PayPal supervisors seemed like they are aware of these scams already. Try to summarize your issue and give just the facts also. As upsetting as being scammed is, itsbest to be as succinct and clear as you can in explaining what happened. And be very patient, it took a couple of days with PayPal because their chat works more like email and its asynchronous. But they have no one answering phone. I knew something was fishy about this website, but hurriedly ordered anyway on April 28th. And then within minutes filed a PayPal dispute. But a week later, a tracking number magically appeared. Same story as everyone else. However, PayPal still has my dispute open, even after the scammers put a tracking #in that's fake. So hopefully PayPal is finally listening. Otherwise their money back policy is a lie. You, henny,muat be going through a nightmare and I apprd iate you piping up to help people. We are all victims.
