Hi we just got a letter from Synchrony Bank in Florida that someone tried to open a Pay Pal account in my wife's name and they denied them. I am trying to find a way to contact PayPal about this - what is the best way? Also this might be a scam as they are asking us to contact that bank - so not sure what to do.
