I received a full refund including postage. The parcel doesn’t have to arrive in China in 8 days. It needs to be posted in that time. As long as you have a tracking number you will be fine. Make sure you take a photo of the receipt to send to PayPal as evidence. To claim the return postage refund you will need to take a photo of the parcel with the address on it as well as the postal receipt. ... View more

I have just received a full refund from PayPal and have just been told that the postage will be refunded as well (postage refunds come from another company). PayPal gives you a date which the product needs to be posted back by. This date is NOT the date the product needs to arrive back in China. If you do not send the product back by the date PayPal gives you, your case will be closed. When you send the product back, take a photo of the tracking slip AND a photo of the item you have sent back with the address stuck to the envelope. My suggestion is to copy and paste the address into a program like Word and then print the address. This ensures the address is exactly the same as what PayPal gives you. Upload a photo of the tracking number and the item in a postpack. PayPal will then make a decision. In my case it was positive. After you receive a refund for the item, you can apply to have the postage refunded by going to the 'Request return shipping refund'  I was very surprised but happy with the outcome   ... View more

I have also been scammed. Unfortunately it is difficult to work out that you are using this company until after the sale. They operate under a number of names including: aillen.store, gerger.store, hitchy.store to name a few. I have no idea why PayPal has not closed them down considering the number of fraudulent transactions. ... View more

I have just been scammed as well. Bought the product through Instagram (which also seems to be supporting this shonky company). I was of the understanding that there was buyer protection with PayPal. Unfortunately I used my existing credit in my PayPal account so I cannot claim on my credit card. For what reason are PayPal not refunding money for an incorrectly sent item? It seems like PayPal are part of the problem.   ... View more
