Has anyone been told that the pending money cant be released until i get a $200.00 ebay card? I already sent my phone like the emails said and they said that I would get my money when the tracking number got sent but now they are saying i need to pay $200.00 ebay card to paypal. I dont know how to get my money and I am struggling paying my rent this month. I cant reach anyone at paypal to help.
