So, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to log onto my other paypal account. It has been blocked due to me being in another country, and surprise surprise- I'm stuck here and I'm not allowed to leave due to COVID-19. To re-gain access to my account it tells me to call customer service, and that it's nothing something that can be resolved through email. Not only that, I can't even log into the help centre to submit a ticket, seeing as all access has been entirely blocked. I called customer support when the phone lines were still open and I was told it was because I was on vacation. Well if I can't get access to my account I'm gonna be homeless real soon. What the hell am I supposed to do? Telling me to call, and I can't.
