I'm a paypal guest user and haven't received my refund of USD $310 after requestinf refund from ebay diamond seller in India for 3 months. I wonder if their gems and rosecut diamonds are even guaranteed to be real. His reason is COVID for not sorting the refund till today. I need desperate help. I'm in serious problems.
