I had the same problem Pay Pal did nothing. They send you stickers and us that as a deliver and pay pal excepts it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they finally reversed the charges. I work to Calif. Attorney General etc and they did nothing. I think scamming is become legal in California. No one is doing anything with this site. John
