After almost 20 years I am having the same issue. I get a prompt that says your account is limited, attempts to click on this to resolve the issue gives me the “you cannot use PayPal anymore “ There is no fraudulent use in my account, all of my balances are zero, attempts to try and reach anybody go completely unanswered, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and got a generic reply saying that they can’t talk about any investigations or methods. I have used PayPal without any issue for almost 20 years and now I can’t even do a simple checkout via eN I have used PayPal without any issue for almost 20 years. I don’t sell anything. I just use PayPal to purchase good through eBay and Steam, and now I’m unable to do either. Someone please fix this.
