Venmo on my desktop and laptop states "We’re starting to discontinue the ability to pay and charge someone on Venmo.com. If you want to use these features, get the Venmo app from the App Store or Google Play." Yet the Venmo app won't let me enter my cell # for verification. HELP!!! I get an error message saying : HTTP 400 bad request.
