Can someone help me? I bought a lot of stuff with a debit card on my PayPal account, so when I tried to send some money to someone it said, “You can’t send money right now, something is wrong with your account.” Then I get a email saying my account is restricted and limited. I provided my id, then I get another email saying my account is restored. But I logged into my account and I am still limited. How long does it take for a account to restore after sending proof of ownership? Do I have to wait a while? ... View more
