As you see, my debit card keeps getting blocked from being submitted as a payment option. I called the bank company to check if my debit card is temporarily locked, and yes it was locked. So I asked them to unlock the card and tried to submit it again on PayPal But even though my card is in normal status and works brilliantly in other websites, I still cannot use it on PayPal (Especially this account). The reason I typed "Especially this account", is that I tried making a new PayPal account and tried to link my debit card again and it actually worked. What is going on with my PayPal account?
