I have received this email I am wondering if it is just a way for someone to get my signing information or what? Has anyone else seen this? The PDF document will not let me copy or send it but basically it says I need to verify my PayPal account or it will be canceled. The right click on mouse says its **removed** I did not follow its instructions.
