I already have a dispute opened through paypal for an item I order over a month ago and have still not received. I have gone back and forth with paypal and the seller SwipeUpDeals to cancel the order and refund full purchased price. Today I get an email stating that I've received and offer from the seller for the full refund but I have to return the item before I can receive it. Not sure how I can return something I have never received and they are giving me until May 8, 2020 to return items I never received. If anyone knows how that can be done, please let me know. I am and essential employee (medical) and have much more going on right than to be dealing with this crap. I cannot contact a live person at paypal due to help in this matter due to Covid-19 issues. If anyone here here can direct me as to what more I can do, please help. Frustrated and angry
