hello, I am From the US using PayPal for my business. PayPal had sent me an email to enter my EIN for tax purposes. My clients were unable to send me money because they were getting an error message until i entered in the number in my settings. After entering in my info clients were still receiving an error message in which they could not pay me. Had this happened to anyone and if so how did you resolve it
