me and my boyfriend share the same paypal. my card is linked to the account but it keeps saying there is suspicious activity. my boyfriend recently took his card off but mine is still linked, but now when i try to cash out my funds it says confirm card and Upload Identification i did that already its still denying me. i am very frustrated because my money has been stuck on this paypal for almost 3 weeks. the customer service people online are no help. they are also really rude someone please help??
