I would like to know where my money is? Bear in mind I'm not new to Paypal, and I have had a working account for some time. I received two transfers from family members and they showed up in my account as received, however, I have a zero balance with Paypal. This transfer was 1 week ago and I still haven't received any in my balance.    I can't get hold of paypal; no email address. chat services offline and limit, Resolution centre says the following; Because you received the money we can't help you. Fine if I have received it where is it?    I don't want to be brash, is Paypal stealing my money? Because money has a time value, even the smallest amount if you keep it longer than you should, you are stealing. At the very least you should notify me of any blockages. This is the first time this has happened from the same account that has sent money through before.    I would like to know why?  ... View more
