what state does the paypal customer service work in? I know they are not at the phones right now because of the virus, but I would like to know what state, that way I can keep an eye on that states lockdown, so I know when to call back to paypal. I'm needing an account reset (spoken with someone with the help chat, and they said they can not resolve my issue, it must be taken care of by a phone rep)
