I am trying to convert my balance from KSH. to USD. It keeps giving me the same error “ Looks like something went wrong on our end. Try again later.”. I am so frustrated. No response in the help section or Twitter. I have never had a good experience with PayPal. Every transaction is problem. I just want to get this last payment and close all PayPal accounts and disconnect it from my website. Seriously fed up.
