Fraud:PREMIER CARGO SERVICE (HK) CO., LIMITED I recently purchased a cat trunk climbing frame from this company and received a small furry mouse toy. I contacted the seller who never replied. I raised a dispute with PayPal who informed me that because I hard received a delivery my case was closed. So tell me this isn't fraudulent activity. A company false advertising !!! When does buyers protection come into play ? I have sent PayPal photographic evidence of what I ordered and what I received.NO REPLY
