I was scammed and I figured it out before 24hs so my money could be refunded before the scammer could withdrawn it, though there is not one human to answer the phone, not in Ireland, not in the USA. Can anyone help me out here? What do I do now? I am extremely disappointed with PayPal at moment, we are get that it is a tough time, but most companies are keeping their customer service, even if it is less.
