I just created a new paypal business account. How do I set up a paypal manager account to be associated with this? I did it several years ago with my other company but can't find out how to do it with this new one. When I try to login to paypal manager using the credentials of this new account i get this msg: Error: This feature is currently not available for your account. We are working to bring this feature to you soon.
