Same problem here.  Ordered lamp from what appeared to be a US company (shipping cost of $6 supported that).  Turns out it was a Chinese company and not what I expected.  I thought I could just return it to the CA address on the package but the address is fake and is being used by multiple Chinese companies.  Further research indicated that I would need to send the item to China for a refund.  Yeah like that's going to happen!  I don't understand why PayPal doesn't drop these crooked sellers.  Ideally isn't the buyer their priority? ... I have a similar problem.  I ordered a piece of medical equipment from Pro-therms website (no alarm bells as price wasn't too low), and the immediate charge was from a seller by the name of Onnrons.com  I went to check the status of the purchase and was sent a fake link to track its arrival.  I did some research and learned the (1) it's designated as a clothing company in China and (2) is a known scam website.  How do I get my money refunded as I know that I will not be getting the item? ...
