Same case here. today I received message from PayPal that my case was denied even though I sent a ups picture of invoice that they can't verify that package was delivered. Even though it states he sent it to another address which I have never heard of. PayPal let us all down even though is the same seller's name, I'm guessing he's using different email addresses. But by the name they should know it's the same person. I don't understand, Even with all the complaints here. Same issue here bought toilet paper a month ago and never received anything. After asking for refund by PayPal he gave them an invoice. Supposedly delivered to a front desk. I live in a apartment building with no front desk. Tried contacting ups but they want seller's number which I don't have. I just have his name and email.
