My funds were frozen for 180 days in January 2020 without any reason. Are savings from my Upwork Corp account. I have been a PayPal customer since 2009. After the 180 days, I wanted to transfer my savings ($ 12k) to my bank account. The CS answered me after 7 months. I should upload a Proof of Address and my ID which I did. No answer, no email, no phone call and my savings are still blocked. I recommend everyone not to do business with PayPal. Since the departure of Andreas Peter Thiel (Founder), PayPal has only been an association of fraudsters runned by strange aliens with good relations to the Chinese Communist Party.
