Bonjour, Je réside en France et j'ai passé commande aux USA. Le site du transporteur m'indique : "Package Successfully arrived France and is on hold for custom Clearance fee of €250. Package will be delivered to the address it was sent to after this fee is paid and confirmed . 80% of this fee will be refunded after package is delivered. Contact customer service on how and why to go about payment of this fee. " Après échange avec le dit transporteur celui ci m'explique ceci : "Before paying with PayPal, you will have to send pictures of the front and back of your identity card, front and back of your passport, a selfie holding your identity card beside your face. We have an agreement with PayPal for all payments getting into the agency official account especially as customers pay under goods and services. There must be proper identification of every amount of money sent to the PayPal account of the agency. After you send the information this first time, you will not need to send it a second time" Tout cela est il normal et mon paiement sera t'il protéger par PayPal ? Merci
