Around 2 months ago, I bought some shoes from a seller on Depop (who I didn't know was from China), where I have buyer protection. I got the shoes and they turned out to be not as described with stitching cuts, and they were inauthentic. I requested a refund and he gave me the option to do so for a partial refund, but then provided me with a province and city, but not an address. Shipping is going to be like 70 dollars too. Around 15 days ago I issued a dispute for some shoes I bought on Grailed because the user was banned and I never thought the shoes would come. The seller then provided a shipping number, but it has said: "Origin Post is Preparing a Shipment" for 5 days now. I looked under the contents of the package and it said, "small packets". Something with the description would never be used to ship shoes. I have additional information I would like to add to the dispute but I don't know how to do it and the seller is unresponsive.
