Hi @MichaelNorville  I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing some errors on the Inline Guest checkout. I've been seeing a few complaints on this checkout option. There may be a few different factors happening here. 1- I have seen this fail with some extensions installed an enabled in the web browser, ad/script blockers have been causing this error to be returned. You can try the checkout with extensions disabled in the browser to see if it fails 2-Some payment declines may be happening, but due to the limited display space, the error messaging may not have enough space to show the payment decline. If you click Try Again, the buyer should get redirected to the PayPal Checkout page and can try again. If there is a decline, there should be more details showing there.   There may be other factors happening here, but to research this properly, you may want to file a case to my Merchant Technical Support team directly. We may need to get some examples from you in order to research further. You should be able to file a case to us at https://www.paypal-support.com and clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.   If your users are seeing a very high number of these error messages, you can use the horizontal button orientation, this will stop the inline guest checkout from being shown as an option.   Thanks, Rob - PayPal MTS ... Hi @KarthickSelva  INR can only be used on transactions that both the buyer and the seller have accounts registered in India. INR cannot be used if either party has an account registered in a different country. https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/enable-inr-for-merchants   This should work if you have both sandbox accounts setup in India. Hi @sksatyendracse  The processing fees will depend on your country, and if you are taking payments from users domestically or internationally, or if you are sending in multiple currencies. For details on the fees that you may be seeing for accepting payments, please see https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ690.   You are not able to assess a surcharge for accepting PayPal payments on your site. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions. Hi @MickaelNeves  With a subscription, you can suspend and reactivate the profiles through the API. But this doesn't grant "Free time" to the profile. For your use-case you could move the renewal date to another date in the future, this would keep the profile active, and grant what is essentially additional time. I don't think there is a way to automate this from within your account, but it should be doable from the API. I'd recommend checking out the documentation here for the product: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/subscriptions/v1/#subscriptions_patch In the "update" call, you can pass a new profile renewal date.   I hope this helps, Rob - PayPal MTS ... Hi @spyth  Glad to hear that this is working for you. You should update the previous project with the total cycle set to 0, With auto renew set to true, it is telling us to renew the profile for as long as it was setup to renew, but with a cycle of 1 it will only auto renew for that one month, then the profile expires.   Hope that helps! Hello @MomenB  Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue; I'm sorry to hear that you are having some issues. I was able to take the debug ID provided, and it appears that your API request is trying to use a currency code that is unsupported by PayPal for this payment product. The list of supported currency codes can be found here.   Can you please double check that you are passing a currency code in the above list? Please make sure you are using USD as the currency code as well? Hello @spyth  It sounds like you may have set the Billing Cycle to 1 when you were creating the subscription. Hi @gotbaseball  You are only able to have either an API Certificate or an API Signature at any given moment. If you are seeing an API Certificate, you will need to revoke that certificate in order to request a Signature.   Please be aware that if you revoke a certificate it will break any current integration that is using that certificate. Hi @Fumberg   It sounds like your merchant has enabled the setting to block payments with the 'Initiate payments from the “pay anyone” subtab of the Send Money tab' option in their Preferences for receiving payments in their PayPal account. You can have them check this by logging into the PayPal account, hovering over the username in the upper right, clicking Account Settings > Payment preferences > Block payments. This option should be at the bottom of the list. If that is clicked, then they would be configured to only accept payments coming from a website payment method (like a PayPal button).   Thanks, Rob - PayPal MTS ... View more
