Transferring money from available balance

This is a financial EMERGENCY and I need help IMMEDIATELY!!! I have sent numerous emails and messages to PayPal and have yet to get a response! Every number I try to call says the call center is shut down due to covid 19 and to send a message but all my messages and desperate pleas have gone unanswered! But this is an extreme emergency and I have got to figure this out! I created this PayPal account this past Friday in order to receive disaster relief funds from my emolyer . We have been displaced from our home because of the EF.3 tornado that destroyed parts of Seneca South Carolina last Monday. My family was sent $2000 in relief money days ago (Friday) and I absolutely have no access to it despite the balance status reading "available". I cannot transfer funds to my verified bank account, pay invoices, send money to another PayPal account, or send funds to a cash pickup location through Xoom (Walmart Seneca SC). I've tried every way I could think of to have access to this money with no success. My email and phone number have both been confirmed and I have verified the bank account that is linked to my PayPal. I need somebody to contact me immediately and tell me what is going on because my family is desperate. This money is our only lifeline at this time and we are in desperate need of it. If not, then we may be sleeping in our truck tonight due to my inability to pay for the room we've been renting. We are out of food, diapers, and gas and this money is what is supposed to be paying for those necessities! My husband and I have two small children (3yrs and 7yrs) that are depending on these emergency funds! I need someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY please and tell me what to do. PLEASE!!!! ... View more
