Hi All, I was prompted by Shopify last week to create a business account on Paypal so i did that. Yesterday, i tried to make a payment on Freelancer but it failed to go through. Is there any steps that i have to complete before Paypal allows my payments to go through. Maybe the account is not active? I am also being prompted with the following message: +++ Action required: Provide additional information. We need to collect additional information about your organization for compliance and regulatory reasons. It will only take you a few minutes, please provide this information before 08 Feb 2018. +++ Every time i click on "collect additional information" , Paypal tells me that my account is back to normal but the above message immediately pops up again.
