Good evening, I would like to ask you if you also had problems enabling your PayPal payouts account. I do have a PayPal business account and my merchant ID is <removed>. Nevertheless, Whenever I go to PayPal developper and I click "enable" on paypal payouts it always drives me to the help page of PayPal. I have tried to contact costumer services several times but I still do not manage to activate my payouts account. Could you please help me activate my payouts account please?
