I am trying to help my 86-year-old mother access her PayPal account, over the phone. She has forgotten her password. It will email her a code, then it insists on receiving a code by text. She set her PayPal account up with her landline phone number. There is no way to change it without logging in and no way to login without changing it. Any help would be appreciated!
