Hello,
I have an iPhone X running the latest IOS and the paypal app. I have bank, debit and cc linked and I can send payments to anyone on my contact list just fine. If I try to send to someone outside of my contact list I get an error that they do not exist in my contact list. In the search window in payments I do not see the <removed> option either. I have a buddy that has the same phone, same app, same linked forms of payment and his works fine. Just need help figuring out why my phone/app has locked me to my contacts only.
