I have the same problem. I've confirmed to two amounts were deposits in to our account. I log in to PayPal, go to "Money", click on "Confirmation Pending". I click on "Confirm your Bank Account", I "Accept" the direct debit agreement but I'm not asked the amounts - I'm sent straight back to your Summary page. I think its broken
