PayPal Community

I've sold t-shirts to my buyers who picked up their shirts locally. Items were not shipped, but hand delivered and picked up locally by the purchasers. I have no way of providing proof of shipment since these items were local pickups. I've spoken with SEVERAL support techs at PayPal only to get different people every time I message. I end up having to explain EVERYTHING AGAIN AND AGAIN. This is frustrating to say the least. The last one to reply said that she understood the situation and that she would send emails to each of my customers so that they could verify and confirm that they have received their product. Set up paypal buttons to sell shirts. Works great, all info shows in the cart and through the checkout process, but when I check the orders in "My transactions", critical info isn't there such as size, color.
