Hi, I need help getting a refund please. I've received damaged item, which i took pictures of and returned to the seller. As the seller wasn't responding to my direct emails I had to organise return through paypal. Finally item was returned and seller confirmed they received the return. I've provided paypal with tracking details and the label. Still, the case has been closed by paypal 'not in my favour' ?! I would like to get my money back and need help please. Paypal customer service message centre had me on hold for over 6 hours with no response.
