Hi guys I have a fraudulent claim but PayPal are mot listening. I sold my car to one bloke. He convinced me to accept PayPal payment despite my insistance on cash. The bloke claimed to be a car dealer, did all his checks and inspection then paid. PayPal charged me fees so I sent numerous messages to the bloke trying to recoup the fees from him but he ignored them all. After 3 days of persistent messaging he the opened a dispute through PayPal that good received were not as described. To cut a long story short, PayPal rule that he return the car to me for a refund. On the last day he is supposed to provide proof of return, the bloke gives PayPal a Royal Mail tracking number against which they will issue a refund once tracking shows it’s delivered. How can a car be returned to seller through the post office honestly! ARE PAYPAL SERIOUS!
