Hi Paypal Community, I recently purchased an article only to find out that the seller was based in China and the goods were not going to be shipped to me anytime soon. I opened a dispute through Paypal to get the order cancelled, mentioning that at no point the seller was giving a shipping estimate. In the meantime, I emailed the seller who agreed to cancel the order, or so he said. I closed the Paypal dispute, but I am not getting my refund from the seller. How do I make Paypal aware of that since I can't reopen the dispute, or even send an email/message to Paypal?
