To avoid the post office during Covid, I decided to use the shipping online. The first label printed fine, funds were taken from my account, easy peasey! But the second label says that I do not have sufficient funds, which I clearly do. I also have a credit card linked to the account (this is not a new account, by any means). I checked expiration dates, etc...cannot figure out why i cannot access my funds. Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks in advance!
