Here are my facts: 5:52 PM EST Im in Ohio My last name starts with S Checked th IRS website, it says my payment was to be deposited today Spoke to an actual Customer Service Representative based out of Phoenix, AZ at 3:45 He said there is no validity in the 3 to 5 day wait for your money if the IRS website says April 15th 2020 for your deposit . They have until 8 pm EST, or 5 pm PST to complete the deposit, but if it says April 15th on the IRS website, it is Wells Fargos fault for failing to send the payments faster. Since they turn off screenshots, I copied what Don from their help center told me Don12:19 PM PayPal is a payment processor, so we will not be able to see if the deposit is pending like banks can. Our deposits into the PayPal system batch throughout the day. This means your deposit can show up into your account at any hour up until 8pm PST. The nature of this type of check is also different from your tax return. Just know that if it does state you are going to receive the funds on the IRS site, you will be receiving them. The IRS site says mine was sent, Wells Fargo says they issued the checks, I called PayPal this morning, and now they are claiming they make deposits throughout the day in "Packets" and they have until 8 pm to deposit the money....TOTAL HORSE**bleep**, this "packet policy" was instituted overnight ...
