I am writing about a charge of $159.99 on the 10th April. I did not know what was this charge for so I did a dispute for the amount as unauthorized. When i got a reply from Paypal stating that is was not unauthorized I did some research. I found out it was flexihub. A technician asked me to install to repair software on my phone. The sign up said it was free and i would not be charged. After the repair I uninstalled the app. After seeing this charge of $159.99 i found out it was for 1 year of service. I reached out to flexihub to have it refund but they refused to do so. I had no idea that i will be charged for 1 year or even charged at all. I need help flexihub do not want to refund even if i dont use the service. It was done on April 10th i believe that this is unfair and deceitful. I have never had this done to me before in all my years with paypal and shopping online. please help. what can I do? the unauthorized dispute was closed.
